We do not store credit card or bank details ourselves — payment information is collected and processed by our payment provider, Stripe.

• Create and manage your account (legal basis: performance of contract).
• Schedule, deliver, and follow up on organizing sessions (contract).
• Process bookings and payments through Stripe (contract).
• Respond to inquiries and provide customer support (legitimate interests).
• Send transactional emails such as booking confirmations (contract).
• Improve our services and website (legitimate interests).
• Prevent fraud, secure our systems, and comply with legal obligations (legitimate interests / legal obligation).
• Send marketing emails only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Who we share information with

• Stripe, our payment processor, to securely charge cards and issue refunds.
• Service providers that host our website, database, authentication, and email infrastructure.
• Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, when needed.
• Authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information.
